Do These Still Drop:

Q8's / 7's
MAX gold shields & Weapons OLDSCHOOL &/or INSC?

15% always unconditional weapons?

Duo Modded Shields?

Req. 7 max weapons have not been confirmed as drops for quite a while, and none have been found after Nightfall. Max req. 8 weapons still drop in normal and hard mode, but they are rare. Req. 8 max can drop as either inscribed or inherent.

Unconditional 15% weapons do not drop any longer. They stopped dropping very soon after release, and very few of them exist.

so i have this fellblade gold max with 15% dmg but its got a tiny drawback
it has -1 energy regen. other than that its perfect. it being a fellblade i wonder if peeps can consider it being nearly unconditional

Well that's not unconditional, not even nearly. Why suffer -1 energy regen ALWAYS when you can just run 15^50? If you're above 50%, there's not downside, if you're below 50%, you're either about to be healed or about to die.

-1healthregen is somewhat valuable for double vamp weapons, but other than that -1 health/energy isn't good for much.

It's not unconditional. Either it has a condition, or it does not. Your weapon has a condition, and it's not a minor one. It's a pretty bad drawback when you can run 15%^50 or 15%(stance), and not lose one energy every 3 seconds. -1 energy regen cuts a warrior's regen in half.

I can personally confirm that r9 15% / -1 HP do still drop, I found a hammer with those stats a while ago, also found a Double Zealous (-2 Energy, 15% Damage, Energy Gain) hammer. However I have never personally seen a 15% damage non-condition item drop, considering I've done prophecies like 10 times start to finish NM/HM I still think they don't exist ;P

imho this needs a sticky post somewhere as those questions are beeing asked very often.

q7 max - stopped dropping at nightfall release
q8 max - also nerfed in that same update EXCEPT for focus items, shields and swords, which can still drop as inherent or insc.
Unconditional +dmg weapons - only dropped in around first 2 weeks after Prophecies release.

dual mod shields can ofcourse still drop as always, but if you meant the Dual Reduction shields (-2/-2, -2/-3) then those stopped dropping shortly before Factions release.

Yes they still drop.

I was cartogroing in the Magma area and opening chests as I found them. I got a req 4 GOLD sword with 14-21 damage last weekend!

Its not 15-22 for max damage but if I can get a req4 gold then you definatly can find a req 7 or 8 with 15-22! With enough chest running I am positive you will find a req7 or req8

My hero has the 14-21 dmg sword on her.

However, that is speculation and not actual proof. I have a 10-35 req7 and a 10-32 req5 scythe. This does not mean that a req8 might drop with 9-41.

hmmm, 14-21 dmg is technically same thing as 15-21 so technically it only has a chance to do one less dmg than a max one and its max cap is actually 21 dmg inherit dmg thats neat

Yeah and req 4. I was like WHAT??? I had had my wife read it cause I was like WTHeck is this? and why did I not farm that area?

the max mod in it is 20% enchants if you were wondering. I guess that is what made it gold.
There would be a LOT of gold to be made if it was 15-22 though. I did get a 15-22 PURPLE req8 once and I tried to sell it for 25K a while back but once people see the purple no one wants it. I merchanted it.

I'd also really like to see screenshot of that 14-21 req.4. Otherwise I have to call bs, because 14-21 is too high for even req.6 (although 14-21 req6 might exist if dropped before nightfall) and I don't think Maguuma Chest can drop a req.4 at all (except maybe on a staff as staves work differently)
